After a 10 year hiatus from the tropical central American life, TJ and his forever love, Linda decided it was time to return to paradise. Originally from Canada, they each raised families as single parents, so they know what adventure is all about.
They have five boys between them and TJ also has a grown daughter with three grandchildren. Done with the ever tightening grip of the controlling governments and always longing for a simpler life filled with sunny, sandy beaches, they decided that the laid back pura vida lifestyle of Costa Rica was to be their next adventure.
After scouring the country, visiting the beaches and the rugged mountains in the rainforest, they discovered the hidden gem of El Jobo, La Cruz. With more than a dozen beaches, within a seven minute drive of each other—all completely different and unspoiled—the lure of endless brilliant orange sunsets, tranquil morning swims, and smiling, friendly locals was all they needed to decide to settle here permanently.
With TJ‘s extensive background in real estate and development on the isle of Roatán, he sees this area as ripe for investment and relocation. Having been one of the top 10 realtors in the world, it’s no wonder he has discovered the hidden gem of El Jobo and it’s amazing potential for growth.
